Shares of First Tracks Biotherapeutics fell after it said existing stockholders would resell more than 10 million shares.

The stock was down 4% at $18.67 after hours. It had closed at $17.92 on Thursday and then climbed almost 10% to $19.54 on Friday.

The former subsidiary of AnaptysBio, which spun off in April, said shareholders would offload almost 10.5 million shares of common stock at prevailing market prices or in private deals.

First Tracks won't receive any money from the sales. The selling shareholders previously participated in a private placement, in which they bought First Tracks shares at $13.81 apiece.
