Aeris Resources Finds New Mineralized Trend Linked With Central Trend at New South Wales Deposit; Shares Up 3%

Aeris Resources (ASX:AIS) found a new mineralized trend that connects with the central mineralized trend at the Avoca Tank deposit, within the Tritton operation in New South Wales, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

High-grade copper was traced over 200 meters, with results including 6.6 meters at 6.52% copper, 0.38 grams per tonne grade of gold, 9.3 g/t grade of silver, and 6.3 meters at 4.34% copper, 0.15 g/t grade of gold, and 5.2 g/t grade of silver, the filing said.

Meanwhile, results at the Budgerygar deposit showed thicker copper sulfide intersections compared with previous models, with copper grades in line with the current mineral resource, per the filing.

Shares rose 3% in morning trade on Monday.
