Shares of ZoomInfo tumbled after the company cut its fiscal-year revenue guidance.
The stock fell 30% to $4.29 in post-market trading after ending the market session down 5.3% at $6.04. Through the close shares are down 41% this year.
The artificial intelligence-driven market intelligence company on Monday said it now expects full-year revenue of $1.19 billion to $1.21 billion in 2026, compared with previous guidance of $1.25 billion to $1.27 billion. Analysts are expecting $1.26 billion in revenue.
The company reiterated its full-year guidance for adjusted earnings per share of $1.10 to $1.12. Analysts expect full-year adjusted earnings of $1.11 a share.
For the second quarter, the ZoomInfo expects revenue of $300 million to $303 million and adjusted per-share earnings of 26 cents to 28 cents. Analysts expect second-quarter revenue of $309.7 million and adjusted earnings per share of 27 cents.
The company updated its forecast as part of its first-quarter earnings report, where it posted a profit of $29.3 million, or 10 cents a share, compared with $26.8 million, or 8 cents a share, a year earlier.
Adjusted earnings per share were 28 cents, compared with estimates of 26 cents a share, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
Revenue rose 1.5% to $310.2 million. Analysts expected $308 million.
The company said it closed the quarter with 1,900 customer with $100,000 or greater in annual contract value, an increase of 32% year over year.
