Via Transportation Q1 Adjusted Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; 2026 Platform Revenue Outlook Raised

Via Transportation (VIA) reported a Q1 adjusted net loss Tuesday of $0.05 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $127.4 million, up from $98.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $123.6 million.

For Q2, the company expects platform revenue of $132.5 to $134.0 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $134.3 million.

For 2026, the company lifted its platform revenue guidance to between $547.0 million and $550.0 million, up from $542.9 million to $545.1 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $544.0 million.

Shares of the company were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity.
