Under Armour Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Loss Narrows, Revenue Falls; Fiscal 2027 Outlook Issued

Under Armour (UAA, UA) reported a fiscal Q4 adjusted loss Tuesday of $0.03 per diluted share, narrowing from the $0.08 adjusted loss per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a $0.02 adjusted loss per share.
Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.17 billion, compared with $1.18 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.17 billion.
For fiscal 2027, the company expects $0.08 to $0.12 in adjusted earnings per share and a slight decline in revenue. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.23 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $5.05 billion.
Under Armour Class A shares were down nearly 12%, while its Class C shares fell about 11% in premarket Tuesday.
