Chaoju Eye Care Units Sign Five-Year Lease Agreements in Chifeng, China

Chaoju Eye Care (HKG:2219) said its units entered into five-year tenancy agreements in Chifeng, China, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
The ophthalmology company's shares gained over 1% in morning trade Thursday.
The company's Chifeng Hospital unit will lease one property from Hongshan District Haohui Information Consultancy Centre for 14.3 million yuan and another from Hongshan District Tongde Domestic Services Department for 668,100 yuan.
Chifeng Optical, another subsidiary, will also lease a premise from Hongshan District Haohui Information Consultancy Centre for a total payment of 509,800 yuan.
The tenancy agreements will last until May 5, 2031.
