Mobia Medical (MOBI) priced its initial public offering of 10 million common shares at $15 each, the company said late Thursday.
Underwriters have a 30-day window to purchase up to 1.5 million extra shares.
The company expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol MOBI Friday, while the IPO is scheduled to close Monday.
