Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) shareholder JPMorgan Chase increased its stake in the company to about 28.4 million shares, or 6.83% of voting power, from 23.2 million shares, or 5.6% of voting power, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The change in the stake occurred on Tuesday.
Boss Energy's shares fell 3% in recent Friday trade.
