Cyclopharm (ASX:CYC) appointed Doug Cubbin as non-executive chair, effective upon the retirement of David Heaney at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on Friday, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Cubbin currently holds board and executive positions at GAIASO Theranostics, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 1% in recent Monday trade.
