Kina Securities (ASX:KSL) named Taiwo Fowowe as chief financial officer, effective May 27 and subject to regulatory approval, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Fowowe will succeed Johnson Kalo, who served as CFO since 2022 and is now slated to become executive general manager of wealth management, per the filing.
Fowowe most recently served as CFO of Africa's Access Bank.
