Contact Energy (ASX:CEN, NZE:CEN) said Chair Rob McDonald will retire at the conclusion of the upcoming annual shareholder meeting, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Independent Non-Executive Director Jon Macdonald will succeed Rob as chair following the annual meeting, the filing added.
