Resolute Mining Confirms Mali Gold Mine Operating Without Interruption

Resolute Mining (ASX:RSG) confirmed that its Syama gold mine, located in southern Mali in the Sikasso region, continues to operate without interruption after recent reports regarding security incidents and unrest in Bamako and four other cities in central and northern parts of Mali, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
There was no impact on the safety of personnel, supply chains, or production at this stage.
The firm remains in regular contact with local authorities, security advisors, and in-country teams, and established security and travel protocols are in place, it added.
