American Rare Earths (ASX:ARR) is set to accelerate the development of the Halleck Creek project in Wyoming via targeted infill drilling as a part of an accelerated feasibility study, pilot-scale processing, and downstream technology evaluation, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It is targeting to complete a pre-feasibility study on the project in the September quarter.

It also began an AI-supported technical review of the broader mineral potential of the La Paz project in Arizona, engaging a US-based exploration and geoscience consultancy to conduct an assessment of historical geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets across the project area.

Its shares rose 7% in recent trading on Friday.
