TS Financial (TPE:2887) unit Shin Kong Venture Capital has approved the liquidation and dissolution of its unit, Lion Investment (Samoa), according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The move is aimed at streamlining the group's structure, facilitating the exit from the investment and improving capital efficiency.
