AME Real Estate Investment Trust (KLSE:AMEREIT) declared a quarterly income distribution of 0.0216 ringgit per unit for the period ended March 31, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Shares gained 3% in Thursday's afternoon trade.
The payout comprises 0.0139 ringgit in taxable income and 0.0077 ringgit in tax-exempt distribution.
The entitlement date is May 8, while payment will be made on May 28, it added.
