0159 GMT - Lynas Rare Earths' 3Q result disappoints, with total rare-earths production about 18% below consensus, says Morgan Stanley analyst Rahul Anand. "Kalgoorlie process improvement reduced output in transition despite ramp-up elsewhere," Anand says in a note. Sales are about 21% below market expectations, he says, while average realized prices also miss. MS has an equal-weight rating and A$20.45 target on the stock. Shares are down 2.5% at A$19.88.
