GEM Enviro Management (BOM:544199) partnered with Rudrabhishek Infosystem to incorporate a joint venture company named GEM Ecomind, according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.
The JV was formed to provide technical and technological solutions in recycling, waste management, sustainability, and ecosystem conservation. GEM owns 51% of the JV.
The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
