Trek Metals (ASX:TKM) said that Chairman Tony Leibowitz has resigned, effective April 30, due to overseas travel for at least six months, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Non-Executive Director Andrew Reece will succeed Leibowitz as chairman as part of a planned board succession process, while Leibowitz will remain in an advisory capacity, the filing added.
The company's shares fell around 5% in recent Monday trade.
