Ariana Resources (ASX:AA2) appointed Non-Executive Deputy Chairman Michael Atkins as non-executive chairman, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Atkins will succeed Michael de Villiers, who will step down as chairman and take on the role of deputy chairman, the filing added.
