Tilray Brands (TLRY) said Wednesday that it is expanding its global healthcare and beverage strategy by acquiring Lyphe in the UK and launching a new $180 million at-the-market equity program to support growth initiatives.

The Lyphe deal strengthens Tilray's medical cannabis platform by adding clinical services, digital pharmacy access and patient distribution capabilities, the company said. The business is expected to become accretive by next year.

Separately, Tilray said it is accelerating the expansion of BrewDog following its recent acquisition, targeting growth across the UK, US, Australia, India and the Middle East. The company also said it plans to launch Hi*Ball Energy in the UK next month.

Tilray said the new equity program will provide flexibility to invest further in its global beverage platform as it positions for potential US medical cannabis policy changes.
