Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) received notice that BlackRock Group and its subsidiaries became substantial holders of the company on Tuesday, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
BlackRock Group now owns 23.3 million shares in the company, representing a 5% total voting power, the filing said.
