Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI, NZE:SMI) said its Non-Executive Chairman, Peter Cook, acquired 911,111 of the company's fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.90 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Cook now owns 9.8 million fully paid ordinary shares, 4.5 million unlisted options, and 135,000 performance rights in the company, the filing said.
