Perenti (ASX:PRN) has extended its underground mining services agreement with Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) at the Duketon operations in Western Australia, now set to run until at least March 30, 2029, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The extension, valued at around AU$180 million, includes underground development, production, and support services, and requires no additional growth capital, the filing said.
The initial alliance agreement was set for three years, with a provision to automatically extend for successive 12-month periods, and allows Barminco to continue its underground mining operations at Duketon, the filing added.
