Orthocell (ASX:OCC) does not expect its Remplir medical device to be subject to the US administration's proposed Section 232 tariffs under the Trade Expansion Act on pharmaceutical imports, as the device falls outside the tariff's scope, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company is confident that its commercial rollout and growth strategy in the US will proceed without disruption or financial impact, the filing added.
