Predictive Discovery's (ASX:PDI) merger with Robex Resources (ASX:RXR) is set to provide meaningful funding capacity for Predictive's Bankan development in Guinea, which is expected to be the next project for construction, Euroz Hartleys said in a Wednesday note.

The merger has moved to unconditional and is scheduled to be completed on April 15. The combined group will gain greater scale and financial strength, with Robex's build team able to transition to Bankan for accelerated development, according to the equity research firm.

"We view the merger positively," it said, adding that the combined entity offers a clear, funded growth pathway, targeting production in excess of 400,000 ounces per annum by 2029.

Robex's Kiniero operation, meanwhile, has ramped up well and is generating strong cash flows, Euroz Hartleys said.

Predictive Discovery has also gained conditional approval for a secondary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which should widen its investor base and enhance liquidity, according to the note.

Euroz Hartleys maintains its speculative buy recommendation on Predictive Discovery while raising its price target to AU$1.05 per share from AU$0.80.
