0829 GMT - Hongkong Land's private real-estate fund serves as a long-term value driver, say Macquarie Capital analysts in a note. Hongkong Land has been one of the most successful property companies in Asia Pacific for unlocking value, analysts led by Jayden Vantarakis say. The company achieved around 85% of the lower end of its US$4 billion-US$6 billion target for 2027--which was announced in 2024--in just over a year, they say. It is also likely to benefit from stabilizing Hong Kong office rents, they add. Macquarie Capital retains its outperform target and US$11.00 target price on Hongkong Land. Its Singapore-listed shares rise 3.6% to US$8.05. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
