Community Health Systems (CYH) said Wednesday it completed the sale of the Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, Alabama, to Huntsville Hospital Health System for $459 million before transaction expenses.
The transaction, executed through a company subsidiary, is part of previously disclosed potential divestitures outlined during the company's Q4 earnings call.
