Alcoa's (ASX:AAI) shares jumped 7% in recent trading on Monday as aluminum rose after top producer Emirates Global Aluminium said in a Saturday statement that its Al Taweelah site sustained "significant damage" from Iranian missile and drone attacks at the Khalifa Economic Zone in the UAE.
Aluminum prices rose 5% on the London Metal Exchange.
