Marimaca Copper (ASX:MC2) has appointed Giancarlo Bruno Lagomarsino as independent non-executive chair, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Bruno most recently held the position of chief executive at Mantos Copper, per the filing.
Bruno succeeds Michael Haworth, who will step down as non-executive chair with immediate effect, the filing added.
