Anhui Expressway (SHA:600012, HKG:0995) booked 1.88 billion yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling from 1.91 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the expressway operator fell nearly 1% in late morning trade Monday.
Earnings per share were 1.1151 yuan, compared with 1.1514 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue fell 13% year on year to 6.72 billion yuan, figures showed.
The firm also proposed a dividend of 0.66 yuan per share, to be paid July 31.
