Radiopharm Theranostics Doses First Patient In Phase One Advanced Prostate Cancer Drug Candidate Trial

Radiopharm Theranostics (ASX:RAD) dosed the patient in its first-in-human phase one clinical trial of its RAD 402 drug candidate in advanced prostate cancer, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The trial is designed to study the safety, tolerability, whole-body distribution, and preliminary clinical activity of RAD 402 in patients with advanced prostate cancer, while the dose escalation phase one study is designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended phase two dose for expansion.
RAD 402 is a monoclonal antibody targeting KLK3 radiolabelled with the radionuclide terbium 161.
