Intercontinental Exchange Reports Record Trading Volumes Amid Middle East Conflict

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) said Friday its markets reached record open interest of 125.4 million contracts on March 12, including 51.2 million financial futures and options, as investors responded to developments in the Middle East.
Commodity markets also set multiple open interest records during March, with new highs across futures and options on March 25, reflecting strong demand for risk management tools, the company said.
ICE said it recorded its highest daily volume ever on March 3, with 35 million futures and options contracts traded.
