BRP Holding Off on Legal Push for Tariff Repayments -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
Mar 26

1001 ET - BRP is taking a wait-and-see approach to getting money back from the Trump tariffs. CFO Sebastien Martel says "we won't leave money on the table," on an analyst call, but that he doesn't "like to spend money on lawyers if we're not going to get anything." The executive says that the company is currently monitoring the situation to see how others manage to have their refunds returned before taking any action. Martel notes that any refunds it does or doesn't get isn't baked into current guidance for the year. (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
