The Chiba Bank Sets Mid-Term Plan Targeting 11% ROE

The Chiba Bank (TYO:8331) said it aims for a consolidated return on equity of about 11% and profit attributable to owners of parent of at least 140 billion yen by fiscal 2028 under its new three-year plan, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The plan focuses on digital transformation, green initiatives, and human capital investment, while targeting a dividend payout ratio of 40% or higher.
