Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) received notice that Challenger (ASX:CGF) and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on March 19, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Challenger now owns 41.6 million shares in the company, representing 5.03% of the issued shares, the filing said.
