Electro Optic Systems Holdings (ASX:EOS) signed a memorandum of understanding establishing a strategic partnership with UXV Technologies to collaborate on unmanned systems, weapon technologies, remote weapon systems, and integrated defence solutions, according to a company statement on Wednesday.

This includes the integration of UXV Technologies' ground control stations with Electro Optic Systems' remote weapon systems, the company said.

Electro Optic Systems' shares rose nearly 7% in recent trading on Wednesday.
