Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) said it is considering the launch of a Latitude capital notes 2 offer, which may include a reinvestment offer, which would allow certain eligible holders of Latitude's capital notes issued in 2021 to apply to reinvest all or some of their capital notes in the capital notes 2 offer, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Whether the offer proceeds will depend on market conditions and other approvals.

If the offer proceeds, Latitude expects to appoint Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Morgans Financial, Ord Minnett, and Westpac Institutional Bank as joint lead managers to the offer.
