Ora Banda Mining's (ASX:OBM) drilling results from Little Gem show the prospect's potential to develop into a material resource, contingent on future drilling maintaining its success, said Euroz Hartleys in a Thursday note.

The company on Thursday said it expanded the mineralized envelope at the Little Gem prospect within its Davyhurst project in Western Australia to over 1,500 meters of strike and 750 meters below surface, with mineralization remaining open in all directions.

The research firm said that "solid" intercept widths and grades support the emerging scale of the system, although further drilling will be required to confirm continuity and ultimately support resource definition.

Euroz Hartleys maintained a buy rating on Ora Banda Mining with a price target of AU$1.85.

The company's shares fell almost 6% in recent Friday trade.
