Coliwoo Exercises Call Option to Acquire Hotel Property

Coliwoo (SGX:W8W) through its subsidiary, Coliwoo Project Ace, exercised a call option to acquire a hotel property located at 2 Changi Business Park, Singapore, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the purpose build accommodation provider and developer were up nearly 1% in Monday trading.
In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to acquire the property for SG$101 million from Viva Trust, a wholly owned sub-trust of ESR REIT (SGX:9A4U).
The property comprises a hotel block with more than 250 rooms and retail space.
