Electro Optic Systems Holdings Secures $45 Million Orders For Counter-Drone Systems, Shares Jump 3%

Electro Optic Systems Holdings (ASX:EOS) secured two new unconditional orders for counter-drone systems for a total value of $45 million, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The firm secured a $42 million order for its Slinger Remote Weapon System from an established customer country in the Middle East, with the order including the system, cannons, platform integration, spares, training, and other supplies.

This order requires export approvals to be obtained in Australia and the US. The delivery program may require the firm to reassess production schedules during 2026 and 2027.

EOS Defense Systems USA secured orders totalling $3 million from a US defense contractor for integration into a counter-drone weapon system.

Its shares jumped 3% in recent trading on Friday.
