Electro Optic Systems Reviews Disclosure Policy After ASX Directive, Shares Down 5%

Electro Optic Systems (ASX:EOS) said it has reviewed and updated its continuous disclosure policy after the Australian Securities Exchange directed it to do so, following concerns over a December 2025 disclosure about an $80 million high-energy laser contract, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The exchange determined that the December disclosure did not adequately describe market-sensitive information relating to the contract, saying the market's reaction to EOS's subsequent disclosures indicated it fell short of its listing rule guidance, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 5% in recent Thursday trade.
