H2G Green Subsidiary Pays Fine for 2025 Fire Incident; Shares Down 13%

H2G Green's (SGX:5AI) subsidiary, Green Energy Investment, paid a SG$4,000 fine to settle an offense related to a fire at its Jurong operating site in July 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the green energy company closed nearly 13% lower on Wednesday.

The fine was paid to the Singapore Civil Defense Force on March 6.

Meanwhile, once the payment has been processed, the prosecution will apply for a discharge amount to an acquittal.
