Moog (MOG.A, MOG.B) said Tuesday it is commencing an offering of $500 million in total principal amount of senior notes due 2034.
The company intends to use the net proceeds, including cash on hand, for the redemption of all $500 million total principal amount outstanding of its 4.250% senior notes due 2027, it said.
