Black Sesame International Completes HK$538 Million Share Offering; Shares Drop 3%

Black Sesame International (HKG:2533) completed a previously announced share offering, raising HK$538.1 million in net proceeds, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Shares of the firm fell nearly 3% in late morning trade Monday.

The firm sold 28.5 million shares at HK$18.88 apiece to Shanghai Jixin Enterprise Management Limited Partnership and Innovital to raise funds for mergers and acquisitions and investments.
