Zeta Network (ZNB) said Monday it will implement a 1-for-100 reverse share split of its class A shares, effective March 12.
The company said the reverse split will consolidate each 100 class A shares into one share, with trading to begin on a split-adjusted basis under the ticker symbol "ZNB" with a new CUSIP number.
Zeta Network said the consolidation is intended to help the company meet Nasdaq's minimum listing requirements.
