LTR Pharma (ASX:LTP) has completed enrollment for its phase two pharmacokinetic study of Spontan, its rapid-acting intranasal spray for erectile dysfunction, successfully recruiting 27 participants across three dose cohorts, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The final cohort, which includes men aged 65 and older, is currently participating in a 15-day residential dosing period with Spontan and a control vardenafil tablet to collect essential pharmacokinetic data for dose optimization and future US Food and Drug Administration labeling, the filing said.

The initial phase two results are expected in the second quarter, the filing added.

The company's shares rose around 7% in recent Thursday trade.
