Owlet Shares Sink After 1Q Revenue Guide Misses Expectations

Shares of Owlet fell after the company guided for first-quarter revenue below Wall Street's expectations.

The stock slid 24% to $8.95 in premarket trading. Through Thursday's close, it was down 27% this year.

The company forecast first-quarter revenue of $20 million to $21 million. Analysts are predicting $26.2 million, according to FactSet.

Owlet guided for full-year revenue of $126 million to $130 million. Wall Street sees $128.1 million.
