RB Global agreed to acquire Big Iron Auction Company for an undisclosed amount.
The Westchester, Ill., company, which facilitates auctions, said Wednesday the deal will help it expand into U.S. agriculture.
BigIron connects buyers and sellers of agricultural equipment, land, livestock and other farm and ranch assets.
RB said it expects to complete the deal in the second half of 2026. The companies will operate independently until the deal closes.
