Markolines Pavement Secures New Orders Worth INR4.4 Billion

Markolines Pavement Technologies (BOM:543364) has bagged orders worth 4.40 billion Indian rupees from various clients, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.

The company has secured an order of 752.8 million rupees from Varanasi Aurangabad NH-2 Tollway for providing and laying dense bituminous macadam (DBM) and bituminous concrete (BC) by May, and another order worth 434.7 million rupees for miscellaneous work at staggered locations in the BR3 section in Bihar, India.

The company also got a 2.94 billion rupee order from Indo British Group of Schools for the turnkey development of school infrastructure at Pune, Hyderabad, and Nashik.

Among other orders, it received a 217.6 million rupee order from Bharat Vanijya Eastern for providing and laying of DBM and BC for the four-laning of Arrah to Pararia section of National Highway 319 in Bihar.

The company's shares were up over 2% in recent trade.
