CARE Ratings downgraded its long-term rating on Pakka's (NSE:PAKKA, BOM:516030) bank financing to BBB- from BBB, according to a Friday filing.
Short-term rating on the packaging solutions provider's bank facilities was also downgraded to A3 from A3+, the filing said.
Rating outlook has been revised to negative from stable.
